Event Timeline
2.00pm – 3.30pm | Explore, and take your time. Discover our ceremony and reception spaces, meet our wedding team and selected suppliers, and enjoy live music alongside prosecco and canapés.
3.30pm – 4.00pm | Join us in the Ballroom for an informal introduction to our wedding offerings. Learn about our packages and enjoy a moment dedicated to inspiration & ideas.
4.00pm – 4.30pm | Experience a tasting of selected dishes from our wedding menu, while our culinary team share insights into menu design and dining styles.
4.30pm – 5.00pm | The afternoon concludes with live entertainment from our house wedding band, The Cosmonauts, offering a glimpse into the atmosphere of a Hodson Bay wedding celebration.
