Establishment of Hygiene & Training Council
To assist us in assembling our Safe-Stay Code, we have established a Hygiene & Cleanliness Council comprising of Bill Tansley, (Chemist and Head of Applications, Diversey Chemicals), Seachange Risk Management, Garry Walsh, (Director and BSc Food Science & Technology); Patricia McGovern, (Food Safety Expert) Aidan O’Sullivan, (Director of Infrastructure and Services, Hodson Bay Group).

With a background in Food Science and Microbiology, the emphasis during this session is on the application, contact time and frequency of each chemical on the low and high contact touch points. This is just one of 6 training modules on our Safe-Stay Code.
