Hodson Bay Hotel is the Parent's Choice

Hodson Bay Hotel won the prestigious Parent's Choice Award for Most Family Friendly Leisure Centre in an awards ceremony held in the Burlington Hotel on Thursday evening. (28/09/07)
The parents of Ireland nominated Health and Leisure at Hodson Bay, which was then successful in achieving a place on the shortlist, which included the Ferrycarrig Hotel, Portmarnock Leisure Centre, Waterpoint and Westwood. Tanya Flynn, Sales and Marketing Manager at Hodson Bay Hotel was delighted when it was announced that she would be bringing home the award during the black tie ceremony.
Health and Leisure at Hodson Bay includes a 20metre deck level swimming pool with hydrotherapy features, a raised hydrotherapy pool and a separate children's pool all looking out on the stunning views of Lough Ree and the surrounding country side. The gym is a state of the art facility and both members and guests can avail of the many fitness classes, which are organised on a daily basis. Staff at the Leisure Centre is highly trained in health and fitness and are on hand to offer advice and support.
